 Details of the interview process and eligibility criteria are as below -

Eligibility criteria:

•           Any Bachelor’s Degree ,overall cut off percentage of 60% (average percentage)
•          Expected typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
•          Good communication skills
•          Flexibility to work in shifts
•          Team player

Interview Process:

The interview process comprises of the below levels

•        2 minute typing test

•        Aptitude Test (cut off: 12/20)

•        HR interview round

•        Operational interview round

We will be sharing a ‘letter of intent to hire’ with the students who clear our final round of interview along with an invite to attend our 2 week training program. Upon clearing the training program, they will be eligible to attain a formal offer letter from Fidelity National Financial for an Total CTC of INR 2,00,000/- (this is excluding the additional benefits worth INR 32,500/- that they will be eligible)
